- Who will be responsible for executing each of the steps in the business plan and how are they qualified?
- Will the management team inspire confidence in investors and employees?
- Will the management team have the expertise to supervise work that is contracted out?
- How will the Scientific Advisory Board and Board of Directors be staffed and leveraged?
